      Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
      Friday closed

      To accomodate our patients' schedules, we also offer appointments one Saturday a month. Please contact our offices for availability.
  • Q2: How can I prepare for my first dental visit?


    • To help expedite your first visit to Molosky Dental, you can access our new patient forms online, print, fill them out, and bring them to your first appointment.
  • Q3: What different payment options do you provide?


    • We know that making sense of insurance benefits can be overwhelming, so our helpful staff will spend the necessary time to make sure you are getting the full benefit of your plan. 

      Insurance

      We accept insurance policies from any PPO and are in network with Delta Dental. 

      Payments

      Our office accepts cash, checks***, and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

      Financing

      If you need financial assistance, we offer affordable outside financing with CareCredit. If this interests you, please contact our office at 415.421.6766 and speak with our office manager, as she is always happy to help with your financial matters.  

      ***Checks are only accepted from existing patients. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

    • We understand that there will be times when you have to cancel or change an appointment on short notice. As a courtesy to our staff, doctors, and other patients; we ask that all of our patients provide at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. For appointments cancelled within 48 hours, a charge will be incurred.
